Ingredients
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- salt/pepper (to taste)
- 1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, mix together: cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt and salt and pepper.
Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
Transfer to baking dish and top with mozzarella
Bake 25 minutes 350 degrees
Serve hot with crackers
