Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 jumbo eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into bowl. Add flour and salt. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended. (do not over beat)
Add eggs one at a time until completely blended.
Pour into greased and headed popover pan filling cups 3/4 full!
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately
