Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 T flour
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 3 T cubes steak drippings
Preparation
Step 1
After frying cubed steak, pour off excess grease, leaving about 3 T of fat with crumbs.
Add flour and stir while it browns
Slowly add milk as it thickens
Add hot water it too thick
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve on cubed steak, rice, mashed potatoes etc...
