Ingredients
- 1/4 pound dried beef
- 6 T butter
- 6 T flour
- 3 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
beef should be cut very thin. tear into small pieces.
melt butter, brown beef in it,
stir in flour carefully, add milk
stir until sauce is smooth
cook about 5 min.
serve on toast or potatoes
