Creamy Banana Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened milk (NOT evaporated)
• 1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla flavor pudding mix.
• 2 cups (1 pint) Borden Whipping Cream (whipped).
• 3 medium bananas sliced and dipped in real lemon or lemon juice concentrate.
• 1 1/2 cups of cold water
• 36 Vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water

Add pudding mix and beat well

Chill for 5 minutes

Fold in whipped cream

Spoon/cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.

Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas and pudding.

Repeat layering twice ending with pudding.

Chill and garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers
