Ingredients
- 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Bacon
- Small jar of dried beef
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 8 oz of Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Line inside of large casserole dish with single layer of dried beef.
Roll 1 slice of bacon around each chicken breast
Lay chicken breast on top of dried beef
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered
Stir soup and sour cream together
Pour over chicken (already baked for 45 minutes)
Put back in oven and bake covered for an additional 2o minutes
