- 5 LBS HOT DOGS
- 2 CUPS RED WINE VINEGAR
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM BANANA PEPPERS
- 1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM CHILI (HOT) PEPPERS
- GARLIC (1 BUNCH OR POWDER)
- SALT
- 1/3 TO 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- SLICE HOT DOGS DIAGONALLY AND LAYER
- WITH GARLIC AND PEPPERS IN CONTAINER.
- BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL.
- POUR HOT LIQUID OVER HOT DOGS.
- LET STAND 24 HOURS

BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL.
