  • 5 LBS HOT DOGS
  • 2 CUPS RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM BANANA PEPPERS
  • 1 3/4 CUPS JUICE FROM CHILI (HOT) PEPPERS
  • GARLIC (1 BUNCH OR POWDER)
  • SALT
  • 1/3 TO 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • SLICE HOT DOGS DIAGONALLY AND LAYER
  • WITH GARLIC AND PEPPERS IN CONTAINER.
  • BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL.
  • POUR HOT LIQUID OVER HOT DOGS.
  • LET STAND 24 HOURS

Preparation

Step 1

SLICE HOT DOGS DIAGONALLY AND LAYER
WITH GARLIC AND PEPPERS IN CONTAINER.
BRING LIQUIDS AND SUGAR AND SALT TO BOIL.
POUR HOT LIQUID OVER HOT DOGS.

LET STAND 24 HOURS
