Ingredients
- 2 dozen White Mushrooms
- 2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
- 2 cups Crab
- 1 Egg
- Season Salt to taste
- 1 package Hollindaise Sauce mix
Preparation
Step 1
Clean mushrooms and scoop out stems making a well in the mushrooms. Mix remaining ingredients, except Hollindaise Sauce packet. Fill mushroom caps and bake at 350' for 15 minutes. While mushrooms are baking, prepare Hollindaise Sauce according to packet instruntions. Drizzle over baked stuffed mushroom caps and serve remaining sauce with the stuffed mushrooms.
