Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cremini Mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 lb. Asparagus, trimmed, ends peeled, spears cut on the bias into 2-in. pcs.
  • 1 Sm. Red Onion, halved & thinly sliced
  • 11/4 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Zest Of 1 Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

In a lg. bowl, stir together the mushrooms, asparagus, onion, sea salt & olive oil. In a lg. heated skillet, saute mixture till tender-crisp, about 10 min. Remove from heat, toss in the lemon zest & serve immediately.
