Green Beans & Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 # Fresh Green Beans Trimmed
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 T Butter
  • 1/2 C Almond Slivers
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Large Skillet with 1" Water Boil Beans Covered 3-5 Minutes.

Drain & Keep Beans to Side Warm.

Return Skillet to Heat, Add EVOO, Butter & Almonds. Simmer until Brown & Warm.

Add Beans, Salt & Pepper, Toss.
