Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 T soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, microwave oil, garlic & red pepper flakes for 1 min. Stir in soy sauce. Place in shallow dish; add tenderloin, turn to coat. Let rest 20 min. Grill on high 10 min. per side, Heat marinade & pour over grilled tenderloin.
