Ingredients
- 8 large red potatoes, diced with peel on
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes till tender in salted water. Drain well. Add butter, cream and horseradish. Mash well. Add salt and pepper.
Optional: Add 4 cloves garlic, peeled but left whole.
