  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Vanilla Bean seeded
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • Crust:
  • 2 – 2-1/2 Cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
  • 4 oz (1 Stick) Butter melted
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 2 Tspn Orange Liquor (Grand Marnier, Cointreau or Triple Sec)
