Ingredients
- 8 oz. wide noodles
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 /c. heavy cream
- 1 T. dried parsley
- 1/4 t. salt
- black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions.
2. While noodles cook, heat butter or margarine and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
3. Sir in cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper, keeping warm over low heat.
4. Drain pasta and toss with sauce to coat.
