Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1-2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups corn flakes or crushed crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese, sour cream and soup and pour over potatoes. Top with cornflakes or cracker crumbs in melted butter.

Bake at 350 1 1/2 to 2 hours
