Ingredients
- crust:
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 2/3 cup margarine melted
- Filling:
- 1 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 large bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chopped nuts & maraschino cherries
Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Mix together , press into 9x13 pan. set aside.
Filling: Beat butter with eggs, sugar, vanilla good and firm.
Pour over crumb crust. Peel & slice bananas & put into reserved pineapple juice for a few minutes.
Then arrange them over the butter/egg mixture. Spread the crushed pineapple over this.
Top with whipped cream which is slightly sweetened to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and sliced cherries.
Chill 8 hrs.
