Ingredients
- 8 cups coarsely chopped peeled pot.{5 lbs}
- 1 small onion. chopped
- 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 cans chix broth
- 1 can cream of chix soup
- 1/4 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
in slow cooker, stir together potatoes and onion..stir in bacon.. in large mix bowl combine cream cheese,chix broth,soup and pepper..add to cooker..cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hrs...high 4-5 hrs..
