Lemon Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chicken soup base
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (2-3 breasts), cubed
  • 1 cup minute rice (or leftover cooked rice)
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Green Onions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, lemon juice, chicken soup base, chicken breast and minute rice to a boil.
Season to taste with lemon pepper and green onions.

Mix cornstarch into milk and stir mixture into soup to thicken.
