Lemon Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chicken soup base
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (2-3 breasts), cubed
- 1 cup minute rice (or leftover cooked rice)
- Lemon Pepper
- Green Onions
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water, lemon juice, chicken soup base, chicken breast and minute rice to a boil.
Season to taste with lemon pepper and green onions.
Mix cornstarch into milk and stir mixture into soup to thicken.
