Ingredients
- 2 20 OZ CANS CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED, RESERVING 2 T JUICE
- 2 T LEMON JUICE
- 2 T LIME JUICE
- 1/3 C SUGAR
- 1 1/2 C HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
Preparation
Step 1
BLEND PINEAPPLE, RESERVED PINEAPPLE JUICE, LEMON JUICE, LIME JUICE AND SUGAR. POUR INTO 2 1QUART ZIPLOCK BAG. LAY BAGS FLAT IN FREEZER, FREEZE 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL SLUSHY. STIR GENTLY INTO WHIPPING CREAM UNTIL SLIGHTLY BLENDED. RETURN TO FREEZER 1 HOUR.
