  • 4 portabella tops,,2 lbs
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 med vidallia onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans double beef broth
  • 1 can chix broth
  • pepper
  • 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2

Preparation

Step 1

saute garlic in 1/2 stick butter,onions,shallots in large pot..add beef broth..mushroooms, wine ..cook for 40 min. add chix broth, bring to boil..lower heat..add 1/2 and 1/2
