Ingredients
- 1 qt. hulled strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tb. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
in a food processor, process strawberries til coarsely chopped..transfer to large skillet and stir in sugar and lemon juice..cook over med high heat stirring frequently, until jam is thicken and bubbles completely cover surface, about 9-10 min. transfer to jar and let stand 10 min.put lid on and refrigerate
