Ingredients
- 5-6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 T oroegno
- 2 T olive oil
- seasoninbg
- 1 1/2 T season salt
- 2 T powdered chicken soup base
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 T sugar
- pepper
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 c freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a 10-by-15-inch baking dish.
sprinkle potatoes with oregeno. Drizzle oil.
In bowl mix all dried seasonings.
Add hot water stir.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake uncovered about 60-75 minutes, until fork-tender and brown on the edges. Turn potatoes halfway through for even browning;If desired, garnish with oregano; serve.
