Ingredients
- 4 oz. Large Shrimps
- 4 oz. Fresh White Mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 – Garlic Clove
- 2 – Fresh Scallion Onions Bulbs & Tops-Small
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
- 4 tsp. White Wine
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Remove and discard stems from mushrooms, and cut caps in half.
Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet. Add shrimp, mushrooms, minced garlic, and thinly sliced green onions, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and firm on both sides. Add wine, lemon juice, and parsley and cook another 2 minutes.
