Ingredients

  • 4 cups garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth.

3. Place in 2 plastic containers and refrigerate
