Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 T butter
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T rye whiskey
Preparation
Step 1
Cut 1 lb small carrots into 1/8-inch slices. Cook in boiling water for 6-10 minutes. Drain.
Melt 2 T butter in skillet; add 2 T maple syrup, 2 T rye whiskey, and carrots. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Shake frequently.
