Sherrye Shulman's Rice Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 stick butter
  • 1 package very fine noodles (Manishevitz)
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 2 cans Campbell's French Onion
  • 2 cans Campbells chicken broth
  • 1 tsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz can drained and sliced water chestnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add uncooked noodles til brown. Add uncooked rice. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in 3 quart casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350.
