Corn Pie

Great to make when fresh corn is in season. Make them and freeze them to enjoy later.

Ingredients

  • Corn (Fresh - Cut off raw - Do not cook)
  • Hard Boiled eggs
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut corn and add mile, salt and pepper, and butter.Cover with pie doe crust. Cut slits in top and bake @ 450 until hot and crust is a light brown.
