Spicy yogurt and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. fat-free plain yogurt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion Powder
  • seasoned salt
  • veggies

Preparation

Step 1

line a strainer with a coffee filter. Place the strainer over a bowl. Spoon in the 32 oz of yogurt. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. season with the seasonings.
