  • Garlic powder

  • Onion Powder

  • seasoned salt

  • veggies

Directions

line a strainer with a coffee filter. Place the strainer over a bowl. Spoon in the 32 oz of yogurt. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. season with the seasonings. 1/2 C = 1 serving
