Lemon Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box bow-tie pasta
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus spear, cut into 2" lengths
  • 1 cup zesty italian dressing
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 lb frozen cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz kraft colby and jack cheese crumbles

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed, adding asparagus to cooking water for last 3 minutes of pasta cook time. Drain. Rinse with cold water, drain well. Mix dressing and lemon juice. Place pasta mix in bowl. Add dressing, shrimp, tomatoes and cheese. Mix lightly.
