Cheesy Cheddar Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse ground mustard
  • 1 pkg.(14 oz.) Johnsonville® Beddar with Cheddar Sausage

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, sauté onion in oil until light golden brown; cool slightly.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (bake or discard two extra triangles).
Spread each with mustard and top with onions.
Place one Johnsonville® Beddar with Cheddar Sausage on the wide end of each triangle; roll up.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
