Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spears
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place water in a sauté pan and bring to a boil
Add asparagus; cover and cook for 3 minutes or until desired doneness… stirring occasionally
Drain asparagus and return to pan
Stir in butter and seasoned salt.
Or Microwave:
Place 1 lb. asparagus spears and 1/3 c water in microwavable casserole dish. Cover. Microwave 4 - 5 minutes. Drain.
