Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 8 oz sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 375F. Butter 9X13" pan; place in oven while it heats.
Combine both corns, egg, sour cream and melted butter. Slowly mix in cornbread mix. Pour into pre-heated pan. Cook at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
