    can whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1

    can creamed corn

  • 1

    box Jiffy cornbread mix

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/2

    stick of butter

  • 8

    oz sour cream

Directions

Preheat over to 375F. Butter 9X13" pan; place in oven while it heats. Combine both corns, egg, sour cream and melted butter. Slowly mix in cornbread mix. Pour into pre-heated pan. Cook at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
