Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot Asian-style chili sauce or to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- Chicken wings, drumettes or chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Toss in the wings. Cover, refrigerate and marinate 4 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Set chicken on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 30 minutes, or until cooked through. If desired, broil the chicken for one or two minutes to crisp the skin.
