Chocolate Banana Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• topping:
• 1/2 c packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 c miniature semi-sweet choc chips
• cake:
• 1 pkg devil's cake mix
• 1 pkg vanilla or banana instant pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas 3-4
• 1/3 c veg oil

Preparation

Step 1

topping: In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

cake: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs mashed bananas and oil. Bead on medium speed for 2 mins. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. sprinkle half topping over batter in pan. sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips. Repeat layers. Bake for 45-50 mins or until tester comes out clean. Cool.
