Ingredients
- Traditional graham cracker crust
- 1 pkg. Sugar-free lime Jello
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 T. Splenda
- 1 small tub Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve Jello in boiling water; cool slightly. Pour into blender (or use hand blender) add cream cheese, cottage cheese, Splenda and process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; fold in thawed Cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill for several hours. Sprinkle with graham crumbs.
