Lime No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Traditional graham cracker crust
  • 1 pkg. Sugar-free lime Jello
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 T. Splenda
  • 1 small tub Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; cool slightly. Pour into blender (or use hand blender) add cream cheese, cottage cheese, Splenda and process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; fold in thawed Cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill for several hours. Sprinkle with graham crumbs.
