Lime Cream Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • 2 small boxes sugar free lime Jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 small cans crushed pineapple, drained (juice only)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave cream cheese, Jello and water until cream cheese is melted. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until mixture thickens up and is soupy. Add pineapple and pecans. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Add maraschino cherries at Christmas time.
