  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar {2oz}
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil {3.75oz}

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, thyme and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle in the oil and whisk until emulsified.
