Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 can French cut green beans
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can tiny peas
  • 1 cup fine diced celery {4.25oz}
  • 1 cup fine diced onions {5oz}
  • 1 cup fine diced red or green peppers
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup vinegar {8oz}
  • 1 cup sugar {7oz}
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil {1.75oz}

Preparation

Step 1

Bring dressing to a boil to dissolve sugar. Will keep up to 6 weeks.
