Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup (uncooked rice), cooked.
- Chow mein noodles
- Cashews
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, celery, and onions together, drain. Stir in soups and soy sauce and simmer for at least a few minutes.
Serve over rice. Top with chow mein noodles and cashews.
