Ingredients
- 1 tblspoon evoo
- 1 large fennel bulb trimmed halved through core . Thinly sliced
- 1 lb spicy sasage coarsly crumbled
- 1 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds. Coarsly crushed
- 1/2 c heavy whipping creame
- 1 c chicken broth low salt
- 1 16 oz pack of tortellini
- 1 5 oz pack baby spinach
- 1/2 cup finely grated parm cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil large skillet
add sas fennel and mush and cook for 15 min
add garlic fennel
stir in cream
add broth
boil 2 minutes
cook tort seperately
add sas to tort pot
add spinach
stir in cheese
add more broth to moisten
