Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 2 pints blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 2 lightly greased 8X4 inch loaf pans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a bowl
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 cups sugar
Make a well in center of dry ingredients
Add
3 well beaten eggs
1 1/4 cups salad oil
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened
stir in
2 pints blueberries
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8X4 inch loaf pans
Bake for 1 hour
Let stand overnight before slicing
