Ingredients
- For 10 eggs
- 1 cup salt
- 8 cups warm water
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp schezuan peppercorn
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve 1 cup salt in 8 cups warm water
2. Add 3 tbsp rice wine; 1 tbsp schezuan peppercorn
wash eggs; put into above mixture; let cool; cover and
cook after 30 days
