Ingredients
- 8 SLICES WHITE BREAD, CRUSTS TRIMMED
- 8 SLICES OF BACON CRISPY COOKED CRUMBLED
- 1 CAN (4OZ) SLICED MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
- 2 GREEN ONIONS, SLICED
- 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 4 EGGS, BEATEN
- 2 CUPS MILK
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE 4 BREAD SLICES ON BOTTOM OF GREASED BAKING PAN. SPRINKLE BACON, MUSHROOMS, ONIONS, AND CHEESE OVER BREAD. COVER WITH REMAINING BREAD SLICES. MIX EGGS AND MILK AND POUR OVER BREAD. COVER AND REFRIGERATE ONE HOUR OR OVERNIGHT. BAKE UNCOVERED @ 350 FOR ONE HOUR. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.
