Cauliflower With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large cauliflower
  • 1 can mushroom soup (says No. 1 can)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash cauliflower, drain well, separate into flowerettes and
score stems. Place mushroom soup in cooker. Mix well. Add milk, salt and pepper. Add cauliflower and spoon sauce over the flowerettes. Place cover on cooker. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from cooker. Place indicator weight on vent pipe and cook 2 minutes with stem at COOK position. Cool cooker at once.
