Ingredients
- 6-8 ears of corn, shucked and washed
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Process olive oil, dill and basil until smooth.
Place corn in a roasting pan. Drizzle each ear with about 1 Tbsp. of herbed oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt to taste.
Broil on low for 10 minutes; turn over and drizzle with remaining oil. Broil 10 - 20 more minutes or until slightly browning.
