Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium White Potatoes, Wash, Peel & Shredded
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/3 C Onion Chop Fine
  • 3 T White Flour
  • 1/4 C Butter Melted
  • Salt to Taste
  • Canola Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Large Bowl, Mix Potatoes, Onion, Egg, Flour & Salt.

Shape Into Thin Pancakes.

Large Skillet Medium Heat with Oil, Add Pancakes, Cook 2-3 Minutes Each Side, Turn Once Until Golden Brown.

Remove to Dish with Paper Towel.

Serve Hot.
