Ingredients
- 6 Medium White Potatoes, Wash, Peel & Shredded
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1/3 C Onion Chop Fine
- 3 T White Flour
- 1/4 C Butter Melted
- Salt to Taste
- Canola Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Large Bowl, Mix Potatoes, Onion, Egg, Flour & Salt.
Shape Into Thin Pancakes.
Large Skillet Medium Heat with Oil, Add Pancakes, Cook 2-3 Minutes Each Side, Turn Once Until Golden Brown.
Remove to Dish with Paper Towel.
Serve Hot.
