Hershey's Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 Package unflavored gelantine
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups heavy cream(very cold)

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl;stir and let satnd 1 minute to soften. Add boiling water;stir till gelantin is completely dissolved. ( mixture will be clear). Stir together sugar and cocoa in cold mixer bowl; add heavy cream and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form;pour in gelantine mixture and beat till well blended. Spoon into serving dishes or bowl. Chill about 1/2 hour.
